Beautiful Item

Beautiful item and extremely poor customer service. One glass arrived in pieces. Set yo exchange for the glasses NOT THE OTHER GLASSES OR THE TWO PITCHERS. Not sure what happened but received email like I was returning everything. Called customer service and was connected to a very rude woman that told me everything had to be returned and after I told her I would not be returning the entire order and only wanted the one set of glasses exchanged she starts yelling she is going to charge me and she hung up on me. YES I REPEAT SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Sent me straight to survey. You just lost a good customer. I love Lenox Nd this pattern but I will be shopping elsewhere for any future items to complete the dinnerware.
