Macys epic packing fail

So disappointed with Macy’s on this one. These beautiful mugs (which I recommend if you can buy in store, super cute!) were shipped with absolutely no packaging that had any way of cushioning them, just a sheet of plastic in the box. Sooooo disappointed 2 of the 3 arrived in pieces, I’m shocked one even made it.

Missing pieces

Order 4 got 2. I bought Spode cups with spoons. Not in boxes. I bought a bunch that came together Christmas socks got 2 Ordered 4 on the go double wall Spode cup. Only have 2. I’ll get back to you asap when everyone opens gifts. Rgds

Perfect Christmas gifts

Spode says quality and these travels mugs do not disappoint. These were gifts for my husband’s employees along with hot chocolate. I love that the mug and top can go in the dishwasher and that they fit well in a car cupholder.

Broken Mug

The Spode travel mug was received broken. There was no packing material used in shipping the item, just a box. Hopefully the replacement mug arrives in one piece.

Be honest about Christmas shipping times

This review is not about the product itself, but about the misleading tactic I believe Macy’s used by indicating the merchandise I ordered would be available before Christmas and then of course got delayed and now it’s not gonna arrive until January 2 if it was one or two days late I could understand, but that is almost 2 weeks later than what they advertised when I placed the order guaranteed it would be here before Christmas. Feels like they just said that just so you would place the order.. I ordered multiple items from this product line intended for gifts and the only thing I received before Christmas was this mug which happened to be for me. This is very disappointing..
