Never received item. Very disappointing to order & then item is not shipped & now out of stock.

Absent

The website indicates that I received this item. I have a receipt corrected in red pen that reads "short ship." I did not receive the theatre in this shipment. How do I get reimbursed? Will the item ship separately? I received the skate rentals figurine and the Christmas tree. No theatre figurine was in the sealed package.

I ordered all of the styles they had of these. They are exceptionally done well and I love every single house that I bought, but I just wish delivery didn’t take so long. The detail is so great, the designs are wonderful and the packing on each box was really really good. You definitely can’t go wrong because it adds so much to your decor with these houses.
