Plates were used which is completely unacceptable, and even more for such expensive china. You could actually feel and see the residuals. Extremely disappointing for a business that has been around for so long.

Slow slow shipping

I ordered these plates on October 20th and the expected delivery date keeps getting pushed out. Right now my rating is based on the amount of time it’s taking for them to arrive.
