Love this Woodland pattern of dishes. They set such a beautiful table.

Disappointed

Bought several pieces last year and was disappointed that some were made in China. Spode has always been associated with England

Hello Gayle, Thank you for your comments. The Woodland Red Fox Dinner plates are still made in England, where our factories are alive and well, but we do currently sell items manufactured in at least five other countries, too. There are some items that simply cannot be make in the UK factories due to size shape, etc. We use non-UK factories because we find skills within specific countries that are not available in the UK as well as for economic reasons. Items from these factories are carefully reviewed and inspected and adhere to strict standards.
