Pretty but cannot connect to phone

Im not sure why but I can touch every other button on the watch except the Bluetooth one to connect. Please help!!! I just received and super excited to use it

Looks Okay

First time ordering a Smart Watch. Very disappointed to receive a very poorly packaged purchase. The plastic watch box arrived with a chunk broken from the top since it was only in a plastic bag and not even bubble-wrapped. Luckily the watch face was not damaged. For the price, the iTouch looks nice and the functions would be good for my walks and other exercising. However, I have very slender wrists and the watch looks over powering and bigger than I would want to wear when exercising. I like the white band, but don't care for the rather dull brushed silver case — would prefer a shiny stainless steel with the black face. Didn't try out the functions. Sending back.
