Bought this to track my steps and it didn't work. So returned it. received email saying it was received but it has not been credited back to my account and then they charged me $31. late fees because I didn't pay my bill.........BUT I returned the only item on the bill. So $52.99 TURNED INTO 83.99 VERY unhappy with this tranaction with Macys.

Stopped taking a charge

It's so sad because I totally loved this watch, but it just won't take a charge. If it's defective, you only have 30 days to return to vendor NOT a Macy's store. It took about 3 weeks for me to decide its never going to take a charge and I took it into a Macy's location and found a few things out. 1) It has no bar code and I didn't have my receipt. Must have a bar code. 2) You only have 30 days to return. Once returning home and looking at my app, I missed the window by 2 days. But wouldn't have been able to return to the store anyway. 3) You can't return to a Macy's store, which I've mentioned several times now. My only option now is to contact itouch online to see what they can do for me. What a sad waste of money. 💸💸💸 Sadly, I would NOT recommend this product.

Hi Shannon. We're sorry to hear about your experience. We don't have information about the return policy or the coding system at Macy's, but this is definitely covered by our warranty. If you haven't tried, we kindly ask you to check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. Also, charge the device with an active computer. Alternatively, you can charge it to a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A, and leave it charged for 2-3 hours. Pretty watch.

Received thisRose colored I touch Smart Watch and it is very complicated to set up. After setting it up it has a lot of features. I love the heart rate feature and the workout is ok but I doesn’t keep an accurate count of steps like it should. The power saving mode is very nice. Love the Rose gold color.
