poor service

Macys can't seem to read the sizes of the products they sell correctly. I ordered size 2/3 and they sent 4/5. When I finally got through to a representative and she helped with the return - she said she reordered the correct size for me - a 2/3 - and it would arrive Dec.17 Getting no confirmation - I called Macys and was told no such order was placed! And on the return confirmation, it said I returned a size 2/3 - what gross neglect from such a reputable company - or one that WAS at one time.
