Bad Buckle
It's a good looking shoe, but the price should have tempted me to read the lone review. I only wore the shoe 5-6 times. I went to wear it the other night and the buckle was broken. It's a very weak buckle. I advise not to buy this shoe. I can also say that Nordstroms would allow a return for an item like this; therefore, I was shocked when my return was refused and the agent wanted me to buy the same shoe at cost.

Failed in less than 3 work days
The shoe itself looks very nice and has excellent tread for a dress shoes. The metal buckle puts some pressure on the top of the foot, but overall the shoe is tolerably comfortable for an occupation requiring dress shoes. Unfortunately, the metal buckle also snapped in less than 3 work days of wear, in an office environment that doesn't require a huge amount of walking. Had to return them, but at least the no label return via a UPS store was free (unsure if that would be true if purchased without free shipping during the holidays). While I absolutely would not get this particular shoe again, the return process and free return shipping left me willing to consider Macy's itself for other purchases down the road.
Fly almost perfect
I first seen the shoes online and they were pretty fly. My complaint is that my right shoe came in creased as if someone was already wearing it. Not sure why but that was pretty annoying since the shoes are for my wedding. It would also be nice if they had more shoes with color sold in the store so a situation like this could be resolved quicker and easier.
