We ordered a 11.5 D size shoe from the clerk at a Macy's store in Texas, but the shoe was delivered was a 11.5 M. We took the shoes to Macy's here (Wolfchase) to exchange them for a D width but the clerk told us the shoe does not come in D size. We regretfully had to ask for a refund.

Buckle on one of the shoes was missing/ripped off. Realized its because shoe was worn already, ruined and then returned, box was smashed, none of original shoe packaging was in there. Ordered another one an was great. So proved my point
Too big
Way too big. They are like 1 1/2 to 2 numbers bigger .
The shoes I really liked!
I really liked the shoes but the buckle on the shoes where not secure and when I attempted to secure the shoe the buckle metal part just unattached from the rubber material of the buckle.

I received my order and I love my shoes
Shoes are Great
The shoes are amazing and I have gotten so many compliments on them. I also tried to purchase other items with this purchase which were on sale and the Sales Associate argued with me that they were not. I pointed out the signage and asked for a manager and got nothing but lip service. I will never frequent this store again.
