Not true to size

Size is a little larger than the standard. If you were a size 10 get a 9.5 or change the insoles

still have not received

customer service is thw worse, they lie about the promotions, and the delivery date, needed this product for an event as well as another product ordered and its always the same thing. delivery is never on time ever. when you call customer care it is the worse. they dont value their customers at all. and instead have people that have no idea what they are telling you because its all generalized information for their team to tell you when items get delayed are just in limbo at a warehouse. I will never again order from Macy's their UPS service is the worse,

Lack of support!

The shoes look great but they don't wear well. The material is too pliable... they don't offer much support for your feet. Purchased them but chose to wear my old ones instead. They are still in the box.

Beautiful Shoe, I’d say even sexy. BUT REALLY BIG, I did read the reviews, so I went down 1/2 a size, could have gone down 1 full size. I returned them, I would have gotten the smaller size but the shoe would have arrived too late. Otherwise, fantastic show
