Quality Craftsmanship, Slight Fit Issue

The Stevens Slip-On Dress Loafers by Stacy Adams in black leather have proven to be a solid addition to my shoe collection. Initially hesitant due to their less polished appearance compared to other options at Macy's, I was pleased to find them arriving with a shine approximately 30% more polished than the product image. This eliminated the need for an immediate spit shine. After wearing them for one day, I decided to include a picture, which shows the increased factory shine and highlights the natural leather creasing. The real leather construction is evident in their quality and durability. However, I must deduct one star as my 10.5 loafers fit more like an 11, causing my heel to lift off the footbed slightly with each step. This doesn't cause the loafer to slip off entirely but creates an annoying flip-flop sensation. Despite this, the right loafer fits better, suggesting a minor fit inconsistency.
