Stained

Well, if the rug hadn’t arrived stained in multiple spots, no pun intended, I’d have given it five stars. It was softer than I’d expected so that was a plus. I sent it back and received a credit almost immediately which is why I buy from Macy’s. I know they’ll make it easy, for the most part. No return shipping or restocking fees either.

Terrible customer service.

Macy’s sent me the wrong rug, wrong size and from the wrong manufacturer. In order to return it, I need a packing sleeve which I’m still waiting on two weeks later. I’ve talked to customer service 4 times with no follow up and no resolution. I would never order another product from Macy’s again.
