Multiple shipments and 2 packages not received

Purchased this item online however it was never received and when chatting with customer service I was told this is a “marketplace” order and no resolution for replacement only a refund- I purchased the item during a Black Friday sale- bummer as when purchasing online the conoassumes a Macys direct sale not through a 3rd party marketplace seller…. Now i have to wait fir the seller to contact me : (

Bad product. Worst customer service

The chain came without a clasp. And you can see stainless steel showing through the gold in several places. Macy's just told me that I bought from a third party vendor on their website so they won't do anything to make this right
