Very cheap

I broke my case it fell off my make up stand and broke. It was a huge waste of money. The shades of eye shadow us not good it wears off quickly. The pallets are cheap and the kits is not worth spending. Money on. Clinique is better. Stay away from this brand. When I thought of Macy's I thought if premium make up it was cheap and I was disappointed. It would of been better if I would of went to Walmart or Rite aid/CVS never again will I buy this. Cheaply made.

awful

This was awful. Not only was it tiny it came with lots of broken pieces this was are Christmas gift for granddaughter. Of course I didn’t open before giving. So disappointing. Called Macys since I bought in November they say there is nothing they can do. This is not the Macys I know.

came completely broke

I brought this a few months ago to use them as stocking stuffers, when i came to open the box now, i realized that every single one of the makeup boxes was cracked and the product shattered all around it.

Totally smashed and broken in 3 pieces

Unfortunately, I opened the box and the entire case was broken and smashed with all of the eyeshadows cracked and scattered all over and completely unusable. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or broken prior to that Will never buy makeup online again.
