still waiting on this after 3 mouths

I ordered this for my 7-year-old grandson, how love Star Wars. I'm still waiting for it, It has been about 3 months ago. did anyone else have this problem? It has for some time now says in transit. I have been a Macy shopper for years and never, have this happen.
