Never received!!!!!

I never received this pair of underwear. I sent a message explaining thatI never received them and Macy's said they would send me another pair and it would be here by May 3, which has come and gone.....very disappointed!!! I am still waiting!!!! I would give zero stars, but It would not let me post this if I did.
