WHY A Crop top

I’d been waiting for these two pj’s. Wow was I shocked to see the both pair I ordered were crop top pj tops? Found this top was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Not to mention my entire stomach area is exposed!

Never received

Product was never shipped, only answer to my where is my item? Was to reorder and pay for the item again. Then it could be delivered in 2 days, yet they were unable to tell where the first shipment was or when it might be delivered. I will not recommend to anyone to order online; Customer Service was lacking in resolving issue.

Macys online is a scam

I ordered a product online was told I could pick it up at the store on December 19th. Then received a confirmation saying product wouldn't be available for pickup until December 26th. I then received an email on December 24th to review the product even though; I never received the item. Went tp store on the 29th, they said they didn't have the product and said i would have to call online customer service, So, i went home to call them, at first I received a customer service rep who rambled on back and forth with incomplete sentences that seem to contradict and made it hard to completely understand his response to my question of where is my order. so, I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor explained they didn't know where my order was, but I could cancel the order and pay for another transaction. then in the middle of this order I was disconnected.

Didn’t fit right

I gave it a negative review not because I didn’t like it. It was just way too big for my wife. It said Large but it should have been an extra large. I hope to return it.
