Excellent product!

Perfect bra for sleeping

I love this cotton bra. It is so comfortable annd breathable and I wear it only for sleeping. There is no clasp in the back so it is not bothersome while sleeping. The support is minimal but I’m not looking for much support while sleeping anyway. I recommend going up a size as it did shrink about a full size after drying in the dryer.

Terrible experience

I made a purchase of $67.85 that included this bralette. I had a $50 gift card and entered the card at the time of purchase. However, due to an error, only $5.99 was supposedly applied to the gift card, and the rest was charged to my bank card - but the gift card balance was additionally put to $0. After chatting and then speaking with customer service for an hour, I was repeatedly told that the $44.01 that was mistakenly charged to my bank card cannot be refunded, but can only be put back on the gift card. That way Macy's will make $100 rather than $50 and I will spend the difference. This is dishonest and unacceptable. Customers should be refunded when mistakenly charged. The bralette is very comfortable
