We use this pan several times a week, for chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetables. Easy clean up. Learned to place oil on the food, not on the pan. This method prevents sticking and keeps spaces between the grids mess free.
Also oven safe, so I often start thick pieces of meat on the cooktop, and finish cooking in the oven, just like the restaurants. Great for spatchcock chicken too.
