The chain broke at closure within first week of wearing. Disappointing.
Not 100% satisfied. Nice necklace, worst packaging
Would have rated higher but for the price I paid it only came in a bag? No box, had to figure out how to package it myself without the chain getting tangled so I could wrap it for Christmas.

Incorrect item description and picture
This product description and picture is incorrect. I received the initial package to find it was a Cuban link style chain, not rope chain as pictured and described. Macy's sent a replacement which was the same as the first package. Product and picture are misleading and incorrect. Sending back again.

My son wore his much-anticipated crucifix necklace for less than a week, and the "gold" has already tarnished. I paid more thinking it would be a good quality item because I bought it at Macy's. If I had known, I would have bought it at SHEIN.
