Hello they sent me a wrong package and miss my package

Incorrect item description and picture

This product description and picture is incorrect. I received the initial package to find it was a Cuban link style chain, not rope chain as pictured and described. Macy's sent a replacement which was the same as the first package. Product and picture are misleading and incorrect. Sending back again.
