Should have known better

Ordered this necklace for my son for Christmas on 11/29. Never shipped. No communication whatsoever from Macy's on what was happening. I reached out to Macy's 2x and was told I would receive it on 12/12 even though the second time I reached out was on 12/11 and I stated that was impossible. I was told I would receive a refund. That never happened. Followed up for a 3rd time and was told a refund would be issued again. I should have known better than to order from Macy's let alone a no-name brand on Macy's. Merry Christmas from Macy's!
