Empty handed and embarrassed

I was extremely disappointed with the rosary that I purchased!! It came attached to a paper hanging tag in a plastic sleeve that was stapled at the top of the tag. I saw a similar item for sale online for around $3. I intended to give as a gift but it was of such poor quality I was ashamed to gift it. I went out and bought a replacement gift so I wouldn’t be empty handed at Christmas

not a necklace

A rosary is a religious article, a sacramental. It is not ornamental and is never meant to be worn as jewelry. If you want a rosary, buy one from a Catholic gift store or supply house.
