Unfair no return

Didn’t see I couldn’t return these. Ordered for my 9 year old granddaughter and she loves them BUT…they are a girls size and have a 30” inseam!! To shorten them I would cut off the entire bell bottom and then she doesn’t like the style. Is this why you made them “no return”? Photos are these girl’s pants on top of a pair of adult jeans I orderedfor
