Strange added fabric

Excellent design, quality, fit, but strange "mesh/jersey" fabric was used on the entire back of this poplin shirt and on the bottoms of the sleeves. Not attractive at all, and wish the poplin had been used for entire piece. Returned.

Don’t recommend, return is a pain.

Bought this shirt more than 45 days ago. Quality is good,but item runs very large,return to Macys and almost 1 month money are still not credited back. Call to Macys and got confusing information,I understand that this company is like market place and return is taking forever. Don’t buy it,since this is horribly inconvenient and unreliable return.

Horrible customer service!

I've never received this item! Chatted with the live chat agent. They said that they would either send it again or issue a refund. Nothing has changed since then. Today I chatted with another live chat agent named Parmeet. She asked If I ever received the email-confirmation from the third party regarding this issue. while i scrolled through my emails Parmeet left the chat, So disappointing! Ive never experienced something like this before with Macys!
