My wife and I were visiting our son, daughter-in-law and our granddaughters out of state. One of their neighbors put out their Kid Alert on our son's side of the street and our two-year-old granddaughter saw this and said My Guy! That's My Guy! So, me being the sucker I am for my grandchildren went online your website and bought my granddaughter her own My Guy.

Perfect product!
Essential for protecting our young neighborhood kids as they ride their bikes around. You must add 4 pounds of sand in the front leg base, otherwise the wind will knock it over.

Gets Drivers Attention
It works well at getting drivers' attention. I had mine for about 3 weeks until an angry driver decided to run it over in front of my children and me. I will be buying a new one to replace it since it got damaged. But this will not stop me from putting up a new one. I highly recommend it for anyone with children who enjoy playing outside.

Assembly Impossible!
The pieces do not fit together. It is impossible to fit the foot of the kid into the stand. The pieces that stick out and are supposed to insert into the holes in the stand are too hard and do not slip into the holes no matter how much pushing, twisting, and banging that I do. I am very disappointed. I even watched a YouTube video with tips such as putting vegetable oil on the pieces so that they would fit together easier. It didn't work.

Great customer service!
I purchased two of these online and one had a crack in the base. Rather than waste time energy and money to ship it back to the retailer who should most likely scrap it I reached out to step2 directly and they shipped a replacement base. Kudos for going the route of less waste.
