Wrong item and no Refund after two months

I orderd a necklace, but they sent me a bracelet. I returned it on Dec 23. 2024. I still have not received my refund as of Feb 5, 2025. I will never order from this seller again. I even went to a Macy's return it , but the representative told me that that is independent seller, and I was not allowed to return at Macy store. That was crazy. I brought it from Macy's Website, but they wouldn't allowed me to return it at a local store.

Absolutely surprised by the beautiful design of this necklace. Pearls were bigger than more expensive alternatives. Necklace elevates the look of your formal attire or can be worn with a summer midi dress. The necklace extender adjusts the length to your desired taste. The necklace can be worn alone or layered with a simple pearl necklace or a gold chain. Very versatile. Gold earrings or pearls would pair nicely.
