I purchased neckless earing and ring and I like them but they declined ,AI and also request the copy of information to my Email address , again it was declined so I really want these two issues get resolved .I spent so many hours in that matter , but it looks like your AI is speaking any other language just send respond with prepare words and click on . They never arrived! Bought them on Sept. 6th. Sept. 8th they were shipped and tracking said they were in Monroe ,NY. Sept. 15th tracking said they were still in Monroe, NY.which is only an hour from my home. I let the seller know and think I'll be getting a refund
