Wrong item

I ordered the ring pictured…shipping was fast, however it was the entirely WRONG ring! It was for a special occasion and was totally let down…I called Macy’s customer service and was even more disappointed…c/s was handled this with no concern…Macy’s really has gone downhill! Won’t shop with Macy’s any longer
