Latch Not Secure

When I bought this bracelet, I picked it over another similar one because I thought the latch would be more secure, but in the week and a half that I was wearing it, it came off three times. The first, I was taking a sweatshirt off, which must have clipped the side latch off and taken the bracelet off with it (found in the hallway by a friend). The second, I knocked it off my myself while rummaging through my bag and put it right back on. The third time, it fell off during a lunch break and unfortunately it hasn’t turned up since. I am very frustrated, especially because I really liked the bracelet and its style so much, and now a decent amount of money is gone to the wind after not even two weeks.
