beautiful but easily falls out

I absolutely love these earrings. Unfortunately the first time I wore them one of them apparently fell out, somewhere. I was in the car and ate out with my sister and somewhere after leaving my sister I discovered the left earring gone. Really annoyed as I loved them. However pointless to order another pair if they are going to fall out so easily. Extremely disappointed.
