Item purchased was never sent

I purchased a necklace from Luxrite Jewels and it was never shipped. After notifying the seller, Luxrite Jewels, the Order was changed to show the item was delivered on the same day it was purchased, which is impossible. The Tracking information shows a tracking number was created, but that nothing was ever shipped. ☹️ I will not order through Macy’s again.
