Disappointed

So disappointed. First time I wore this the toggle disengaged but luckily I noticed it. I then wrapped the chain around the ring several times and reset the toggle. Again, it disengaged. It’s a beautiful piece — just unfortunate that it has to be Gerry rigged to try and make it work correctly.

Will not close

This necklace looks so much bigger online. It also will not stay closed. I think it's defective. I can see it dropping off without me knowing it. I'm returning it.

beautiful yet you may lose

The necklace lacks a secure clasp—it's held together only by a toggle closure, which easily comes undone with minimal movement, even just walking. It actually fell off when I simply bent over. I tried doubling the loop for extra security, but that too came undone. I’d recommend wearing this piece only for low-activity occasions like hosting at home, family gatherings, or dinner events—but be mindful and keep an eye on it.

Pretty Imperfect Chain

Very stylish, pretty chain and good length. However, the toggle closure is not secure and it comes open easily and frequently and the chain falls off my neck. I'm constantly worried about losing it. Too bad...because I really like it...but the closure makes it uneasy to wear for fear of losing it .
