I ordered two of these bracelets and never got either one. The tracking delivery info is not even relevant to my building. I am really disappointed in Macy’s online ordering. Macys claims it’s another sellers product but why put it on Macy’s website if your customer service is not going to help.
A reat 'gem' of a deal
Bought this as a 'Thank You / Friendship' gift, for a friend, who is moving to Scotland in a few weeks. I first saw it and planned to get it BEFORE the sale price was posted. Well the sale sealed the deal! I'm gladcI got it it is gorgeous, beautifully made and just stunning!

Three Silver Bracelets Canceled by Vendor
I placed three orders in one week for three different bracelets. I was very excited for the orders because I had previously purchased two of the bracelets 8 months prior, but were damaged during shipping and returned to vendor. All three orders were packaged and ready to ship. A few days go by and one order was canceled by vendor and refunded. That's odd, I wasn't notified there was a problem. The bracelet was still available to purchase on Macy's website. I spoke to a Marketplace Rep and she said she would send a request for them to contact me. Nine days go by, NO contact. I check on the two orders still showing packaged and ready to ship. Items still available to purchase on the website. Spoke to Marketplace again, was told the vendor would contact me. A couple days later, Both orders were canceled by vendor and refunded to my Macy's American Express Platinum card. NO explanation. Now I plan to run this to Amex fraud dept. for the 27 days of interest I had to pay for canceled merch.

They cancelled my order without any notification however I called the macys.com and they were able to place the order for me with the same price and I’m happy to get my bracelet. It is a cute bracelet.

I was waiting for it to come. Just found out they canceled my order without notice. They sent me a email saying "Your return is complete", but the item never shipped to me.

Hi, I was waiting for a week and then they canceled my order. I emailed them, they didn’t respond. I was waiting for it become processed and was left unsure and unassisted. Then they decided to cancel my order even though it was in stock. Very dissatisfied with them, even though I ordered from them multiple times.

So gorgeous! The “rubies” are a darker red so they look real. The clasp is a 3 way lock so it’s pretty safe from falling off. All around beautiful and highly recommended.

Alot of sparkle
Bracelet has lots of sparkle and shine in the CZ's and the blue stones are a true, clear royal blue. Very nice bracelet, much better than photo shows.
