Missing item and reimbursement

Aten never was delivered to the address I provided to the website., supposedly was delivered on the 9th and never received , called Macy’ to let them know what happened and the representative said she will send another one to the same address , I suggested her to send it through ups and she told no because the seller is a third party that they delivered through regular mail , same thing happened in September 2023 For another item I bought macys was supposed to reimburse the money but never did I it , I’m going to call again and try to speak with a supervisor and ask how much longer I need to wait for my item. And my returned, so strange because never happened to me, always been buying from Macy’s for years and now this is happening hopefully I can get my last item and my reimbursement
