WARNING: NOT A MACY’S PRODUCT!!!

I ordered this online. When it arrived, one of the earrings was damaged. When I called customer support, they said they could not reship the item because it came from a 3rd party seller. When I then asked for a refund, they said I would need to pay to ship the earrings back to said 3rd party seller. I asked why I couldn’t just return them to any Macy’s store, and they replied that because it’s a 3rd party item, it has to be shipped back to the seller. Totally misleading since I bought it off of Macy’s website. One would think that since I bought it from Macy’s website that they should be the ones responsible for getting it back to a 3rd party seller, but apparently that’s too much trouble for them. A total headache!!!
