Not the same product

Didn’t receive what was shown on the website, the front pocket was Jean material, website shows black leather

Good but not what it is as displayed

The black square in the center of bag is just a denim piece and not as displayed in the picture

Not the exact bag

I ordered this bag but when received I notice it’s missing the outside leather pocket layer and the leather on the outside bottom part of bag. It includes a removable leather pouch but it’s missing the outside leather layer pocket. Very disappointing as the leather is what makes the bag stand out.

Not the exact bag

The bag is nice I ordered one online but I did not receive the exact one that was advertised. I even drove 30 mins away to another Macy’s location that had it in stock but when I got there it was not the one as advertised on the photo. The outside leather layer pocket is missing. It only has the jean pocket with Steve Madden written on it. That’s very disappointing because the black leather pocket brings the tote bag out and makes it stand out. The black leather at the bottom of the bag is not there either. I wish I could add a picture but it doesn’t allow me to.

Very nice tote.

I love the bag sturdy yet flexible. Just wanted an elastic or corded hook so it doesnt gap when you sit it down.

This bag is better in person. I love it. And I’ve gotten a lot of compliments when I carry it. I got it on sale but it’s worth the cost!
