It's almost impossible at times to place orders through the app. It's such an inconvenience to call customer service to fill an order when they are closed after certain hours. Please do something to fix the bugs in the app to make it convenient and accessible to customers whenever they want to place an order online.
Much bigger than expected
Beautiful bag very lightweight and big you can fit pretty much everything we love to carry. I like the small pockets on the side perfect for cell phones and keys I give it a 10 🥰

Stylish bag with lots of storage
I was looking for a cute cargo bag and this one checked all my boxes. I like that there are several pockets inside as well to organize all my things. The zippers feel smooth and sturdy. The leather is soft and silky. The strap has a good amount of cushion so it doesn't hurt your shoulder even when your bag is full. The interior is a warm brown which compliments the cream colored exterior. The exterior pockets are easy to access so you can use them to store the items you use most frequently. I've been taking it everywhere and I have yet to see any scuffs or stains so hoping it lasts for many years to come!
