Steve madan hand bag

The worst experience ever and didn’t send me the right hand bag after 3 to 4 returns and still not getting it right.. was not able to use it for the function. Time consuming calling and waiting.customer for 35 years and still not happy spending money with Macys..

Pretty but not well made

The chain strap broke after wearing it for 1 hour. Had nothing heavy in the purse just my small card wallet and the strap broke off out of nowhere. The bag sparkles and is really pretty from far away but if you look close you can see glue lines all over it for the rhinestones.
