Poor customer svc

I placed an online order ship to store which said I would get it by dec. 22 and I have not received it nor an email saying I could pick it up. Today is the 23rd and it still says processing. I am totally disappointed. It's a Xmas gift for my daughter whom is currently active duty in Guam and I was hoping to surprise her with this gift but I guess not.
