Love the Purse not the mailing process

The purse was just shipped in box no care no love to care for the purse during shipping. I expect care the purse was delivered damaged due to the lack of care of packaging.

The chains are too heavy and weighs down the handbag. I cannot easily open the handbag when on my shoulder and access my things inside it when I am standing up.
