Steve Madden faux fur hooded puffer SAND

I ordered this coat in SAND .. received a dark brown coat. The edge of the hood was taped into box covered by shipping tape so some of the faux came off when opened. Should not have to pay for product not ordered even if it's last act.

Terrible quality

This is the absolute worst jacket I have ever bought. Thank goodness I got it on sale. When the jacket arrived straight out of the package there were strings and fraying everywhere on it. Within a week the inside of the pocket completely ripped out. The pocket on the shoulder is starting to come off and the inside lining was already coming apart. If I would have paid full price for this I would have been furious.

Steve Madden Fur Coat

Cheaply made holes in pockets after a month. Hoping it just lasts the rest of the winter. Wont purchase again!
