Defective pocketbook

I need to return a pocketbook that I was going to use Sunday for church, which is this pocketbook, the pocketbook will not zip. This pocketbook is defective. The first time I took it out my closet out the plastic bag to use and it will not zip. How do I speak with customer service.

More Like French Vanilla

Wanted an elegant white tote to carry my laptop. Ordered this (Steve Madden “White”) tote in white. Had never seen it in person until I went to pick it up from the store. Luckily, I opened the package before leaving. The tote was French Vanilla, not the bright white that I wanted. Also ordered the matching coin purse. The items were elegant but I returned them both.
