What you see is not what you get Suede Boots.

Received a different looking Chelsea with no inside zipper originally. Returned that to Macy's and re-ordered the same item in the picture. Only to receive to receive the same Chelsea boots with no inside zipper. I think the picture is incorrect and misleads buyers. Well, the Chelsea boots I received isn't too bad. I decided to keep it. However, I really wanted the item in the picture. I wish I can get it.

False advertisement

so i purchased a pair first and they sent me wrong boots, very different and cheaper than the Kemp boots, then i paid another one to pick up at store, and they also had wrong boots. The picture and the description says different boots and they are selling different boots. It was very disappointing and i just wasted my time going through customer service, up-to the store and to return to the UPS, since the online purchased boots can be only returned by Mail. I believe Macy's got the boots from third party but how are you not able to notice the type of shoes you are selling at the store, and the picture and the description of the shoes are totally different. they are whole different boots.
