Unacceptable Shipment

This is the second bad experience I encountered with my online shopping experience with Macy's. The reason why I'm posting this publicly is because I can't get an email address from customer service for corporate or any other department that I can express my concerns. Nevertheless, a picture is worth a thousand words. This is the condition that I received my order in addition to the shoes looks like someone wore and returned back to the store. I'm totally speechless...😱
