Gave it a four b/c crown was smooshed

It will make a good sun hat for me and I like the choice of ribbons. Covers everything. The issue is that the crown of the hat is smooshed after shipping and I haven't been able to get it re-formed yet.

This hat looks better in real life than in the picture. And it came with an extra scarf.
