Great boots, weird sizing

I went in store to try on my regular heel size (7), and 6.5, so when both were too big I ordered the 6 (all of these btw seemed to be men's sized, because the boots were labeled with an M after the number). The boot was at that point was a bit too small but the calf was still too big. I love the way these look, but I couldn't fit them, I think because their sizing is modeled after larger calves.

Little defects

I was expecting for the boots to arrive in good shape. It is unraveling from the top part of the calf and the zipper on the left boot is bent. Still works but a bit disappointed in the condition.
