So pretty and feminine, I have this beautiful dress in 2 colors. I'm petite and the length is perfect, as the tie straps can be adjusted.

False Ad and Poor Quality

When purchased, it said 30 day return. Received it and then online it said final sale and could not be returned. The side hem is sewn crooked and it bubbles.
