Picture is misleading

Returning. I wanted love so bad!! I thought these were thigh highs. But these must be for ladies with super thick legs. They fall and slouch down like crazy. Mind you I’m not a small girl

Immediately returned due to elasticity . Literally the boot will not stay up. Which gave a scrunched look. I wanted a tight thigh high . Heel height perfect
