Shoes Came Used

These shoes came used. Worst part is when I was returning to store the day after I’m given a lecture on how this usually isn’t allowed. They told me it was a loss for the “shoe leader or captain” as if I was the one who used them. I got my refund but I was told next time corporate had to handle my concern.

Horrible Quality

I got sent the floor sample, it also has a bunch of glue residue all over the side and when I had called to make a return they almost gave me my money back through a gift card when I had specifically asked for it to be returned back to my card. They would’ve been so cute had I gotten sent an item I could’ve used.

Macys sent me USED shoes

The shoes arrived scuffed, frayed, no tags, hair stuck to the bottom. Besides being a terrible business practice, this is also beyond unhygienic.
